In the current version of AAU Jobbank, it is not possible to grant access to view job ads and applicants on the platform to anyone other than the individual who created the ad.

We are aware of this limitation and are in dialogues with the supplier. Until a solution is implemented, the following options are available:

1. Create a case in your ESDH, CRM or similiar and provide insight to the hiring committee. Export the applicants from Jobbanken and use your internal systems as a tool within the committee.
2. When creating a job ad, you must enter an email at the bottom of the form.
   This address will receive an email each time an applicant applies for the ad, including attached files (CV and application).
   You can either include yourself and ensure forwarding this email to the committee, or, for example, input the email address of the committee chair.

NOTE! With both solutions, you must ensure that your internal systems are GDPR-compliant, as the materials will contain personal data. You must also ensure that everyone on the committee subsequently deletes data that has been used in the recruitment process.

Unfortunately, there is no button to obtain a direct link to your job ad.
Instead, you can follow this brief guide:

1. Log in to your recruiter profile and locate the relevant job posting.
2. Ensure that you have clicked into and opened the specific ad rather than viewing the overview of all ads.
3. In the top of your browser, find the specific address. It may look like this: https://aau.jobteaser.com/en/backend/job-offers/11574274
4. You must now remove the part of the link that says '/backend/', so your link will look like this: https://aau.jobteaser.com/en/job-offers/11574274
   (be careful not to end up with too many or too few slashes in the link)
   
   With this link, you and others can now access the job ad directly, even without logging in to the Jobbank. It is, therefore, easily shareable on various social media
   
   OBS! If you can¡¯t get the new link to work and are told that you are already logged in - then try opening the new link in a different browser or in a private (incognito) window in your browser.

Several companies have expressed the need to print or save a job ad, for example, as documentation that the ad has taken place.

The best way to save a job ad is by following the guide to creating a direct link to a ad, which you can also find in the FAQ.

Once you have found the direct link to the ad and opened this link, you will see the job ad exactly as the students view it on the portal. Here, you can save the ad by printing it as a PDF.

As a corporate user of the Jobbank, you cannot log in and see and use the Jobbank as the students do.

However, we have made an integration, which means that the latest posts from the Jobbank are also shown on some of our websites targeted for our students. Here you can see and open the latest posts and get inspiration for your own..

When you have received applicants for your position, you can use the recruitment module to view them by clicking the 'applicants' button when viewing the the ad via the recruitment module.

Here, you can 'Preselect' or 'Decline' applicants, allowing you to send emails to them through the system.

Preselect is for those you want to invite for an interview or offer the position, and Decline is for those you want to send a rejection for the application.

You can also use 'Preselect' and 'Decline' without sending an email, solely using the function to gain an overview of your applicants.

Archived jobs are not deleted, but remain in the system and can be accessed as long as you have an active profile. Be aware that the list of applicants for each posting is deleted after 2 years, and can no longer be accessed.

Inactive recruiter- and company accounts are deleted after 2 years, after which your data and old ads can no longer be accessed.

As you can only have one user per email on the system, you must first delete the user you have created.
